At Stapleton Catering we are all about helping people create the "Event of a Lifetime" because we all know great events start with great food! The many different ways we can help people are so numerous we hesitate to try to mention them all. Some include helping plan beautiful weddings, grilling steaks on site, frying fish or other foods on site, providing delectable meals for thousands at Mardi Gras Balls or just adding the right touch to a Sunday Brunch.
In 1994, we cooked about 50 whole hogs. We now cook about 350 per year and are still growing. We also cook about 5000 pounds of catfish per year not to mention the shrimp, oysters, gumbo, steamship rounds and numerous other entrees we dish out to our clients. There are two divisions of Stapleton Catering. They include the actual catering business, and Flopper's Foods, which is a food processing business that makes products like Mama's Gumbo and Shrimp Locksley
Our staff are waiting to help you plan your next event whether it's a backyard BBQ, a graduation party, a company convention or your daughter's wedding. Even though we do most of our business in Baldwin and Mobile counties, we will travel just about anywhere. We've catered parties in Jackson, Alabama; Meridian, Mississippi; Chipley, Florida; Monroeville, Alabama and many more places throughout the region.
